Ordering, Shipping & Returns


Aussie Garage has tried to make the ordering process as straight forward as possible for all users. We request that create an account under the website for the shipping and returns to make this process streamlined if it occurs. You need to merch that would like to purchase to the cart and then proceed to checkout. It will ask you to select the correct shipping address for the purchase and then take you to the credit card section. Once you purchase the item, Aussie will send out an invoice to your register email address. We will send you a tracking email once your order has beed dispatched from our Warehouse and then the order will be closed. To check up on an existing order, simple log on to your account or call us directly and one of friendly staff will gladly help you out. 


We deliver product Australia wide using Australia Post at a very competitive rate at $9.95 per item. In stock orders are usally dispatched within 1 day, however, out of stock order shipping will take about 2-3 weeks depending on the items. Any delays on order will be discussed with you by phone or email. Domestic shipping time are estimate between 7 -20 business days depending on Australia Post. A tracking number will be provided fopr all sale of merchandise through Aussie Garage. 

Overseas customers, please contact us directly as we are still setting up our overseas sale at present. We will create a customer order according the location the merchandise is being sent. Please contact us at merch@aussiegaragtv.com.au 


All products sold by Aussie Garage may be returned within 30 days of the original invoice date for a refund or store credit, however, freight cost are strictly nonrefundable on all returns.  Aussie Garage will not refund return used merchandise. Items that have shipped incorrectly, or have been damaged in transit, must be reviewed by a member of our customer service team to ensure we understand what has occurred. Please make sure that all returned orders are shipped well and the product and packing is not damaged. Any damage will have to be reviewed by customers service. 

Any clearance items or special order items are Not eligible for returns unless an agreement is made with Aussie Garage in writing prior to the purchase. Refused or undeliverable orders that are returned to our warehouse will be treated like a standard return: this means all shipping costs, including return frieght and fees attributed by the shipping company will be deducted from the product refund or chrged to the order if the customer elects to re-ship item.
